Welding Digest ►  The 2021 AWS Professional Program Is Accepting Abstract Submissions

Are you an author with materials joining technology and processes research to share with the world? Submit your abstract to be considered for presentation during the American Welding Society (AWS) Professional Program held virtually September 20–23, the week after FABTECH 2021. 

AWS is looking for novel developments and research related to additive manufacturing, battery and energy systems welding, industrial applications and technologies, welding processes/methods and more.

Authors with accepted abstracts will give oral presentations on their papers and receive complimentary registration for the 2021 AWS Professional Program, along with free access to FABTECH 2021.

Abstract should be less than 1,000 words and contain the following: introduction (200 words), experimental procedures (300 words), results and discussion (300 words), conclusion (~200 words) and keywords. Full papers are not required for submission, but authors are encouraged to submit them to the Welding Journal for possible publication at www.editorialmanager.com
